If you’re a builder with a “spec” home, or a home with no prospective homeowner yet, we can work directly with you and discuss your vision of the kitchen. We take into consideration the style of the home, which appliances you want to use, budget for the cabinetry, etc. After we are provided with the architectural plans for the house, we can begin our designing. When the plans are completed, we’ll review them with you and continue making edits until you’re satisfied. We can also work with builders of a home that already has a purchaser.

Jack Rosen works with home architects and interior designers as well. These types of clients often have floor plans with roughly laid out cabinetry as a guideline to define the space. They defer to us to provide our kitchen design expertise—we’ll design the space and provide the cabinetry.
