What is the work triangle and why is it important?
The kitchen work triangle refers to the area from the refrigerator to the cooking range to the sink—the three points are the three corners of the triangle. There should be easy movement between the three places—and there shouldn’t be too much distance between them. Basically, the work triangle creates a more efficient work space.
